Custom Order Terms & Shipping Information
Before You Pay — Please Review Your Invoice For invoice payments, large events, and B2B orders:
✅ Double-check everything before submitting payment. Once your invoice is paid and approved, we are not responsible for errors including quantities or shipping details. These can change between orders so always give it a fresh look!
📦 Open your shipment immediately upon arrival. If anything is missing or needs attention, contact us right away — please don't wait until the day before your event!
Custom Orders All ribbons and sashes are custom-made just for you and are nonreturnable and nonrefundable. We put our heart into every order and want you to love every detail.
In the rare case that your selected colors are unavailable or don't meet our quality standards, we'll make suitable substitutions while staying true to your approved color scheme — and we'll always communicate with you along the way.
In-Hand Date Your in-hand date is the date you need your order in your hands — not your event date. This gives you time to inspect everything and get prepared before the big day. Please plan accordingly!
Shipping We take great care to get your order to you in perfect condition:
💌 Every order is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit 💌 All shipments include tracking so you know where your order is at all times 💌 Delivery windows are set with buffer time to account for unexpected delays whenever possible
Rush Orders Need it faster? We've got you! Rush fees apply to ensure we have enough production and shipping time:

Rush fees are especially helpful for large Feis and Irish dance competition orders where timing is everything. Reach out before placing your order so we can confirm availability and get you on the schedule!
Communication & Revisions We'll always reach out if we need clarification or updates on your order. If we're unable to reach you in a timely manner, we'll proceed with necessary adjustments based on your approved design to keep your order on track and on time.
