What currency are prices listed in? All prices on our site are in USD.
When will my order ship? We handcraft every order with care! Please allow 4–7 business days of production time before your order ships. Once it's on its way, average delivery is 10–14 days.
Tracking numbers are updated 3–5 days after your order has shipped. If you haven't received a tracking number after 7 business days, reach out at orders@sashfabulous.com and we'll look into it right away.
What if I'm not happy with my order? We stand behind everything we make. If your item arrives defective or damaged, we offer a 100% money back guarantee. You have 30 days from delivery to send it back at your expense and we'll refund your full purchase price once we receive it.
When returning, please include your name and order number inside the package. If your order is still in transit, hang tight — you'll need to wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.
Can I cancel my order? Absolutely — and no penalty! Just cancel before your order ships and you're all set. If it's already on its way, use our easy return process for a full refund once it arrives.
I entered the wrong shipping address — help! No panic! Reply to your order confirmation email right away with the correct address or email us directly at orders@sashfabulous.com. We can update your address within 24 hours of your order being placed. After that window we're unable to make changes, so the sooner the better!
How long does shipping take? We ship worldwide! Shipping times vary based on your location. Average delivery is 15–25 business days for international orders.
