Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive! If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Our Return Policy We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging. Just hang onto your receipt or proof of purchase and we'll take it from there.

Ready to start a return? Reach out to us at orders@sashfabulous.com and we'll walk you through it. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Please note — items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Something Arrived Damaged? Open your order and inspect everything right away. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at orders@sashfabulous.com. We'll get it sorted fast.


Non-Returnable Items Because so much of what we do is made just for you, custom and personalized items cannot be returned. This also applies to sale items and gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item before ordering, just ask — we're happy to help you get it right the first time.


Exchanges Want a different item? Simply return your original purchase once approved, then place a new order for exactly what you need. It's the fastest way to get what you're looking for!


Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you right away. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method. Allow a few business days for your bank or card company to process it on their end.
